Loyalty Tag Terms and Conditions.

Loyalty Tag is subject to the terms and conditions (EULA) of the agreed applicable application store’s terms and conditions and EULA. Please refer to respective application stores (Apple or Google) for details.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS “AS IS” AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. Loyalty tag is for information and entertainment purposes only. DualPeaks or any other organisation, company or individual cannot provide any guarantee of service or suitability for use of the Loyalty Tag App or service.

Unused loyalty programs can be deleted after 1 year of inactivity if creator does not maintain a valid subscription.

Deletion of Data

You can, at any time, ask for your registered email to be deleted from Loyalty Tag and its database. Account deletion can be carried out from the app (setting menu) or by email to info@dualpeaks.co.uk with ‘DELETE’ in the subject line from the email address you have registered with.

DualPeaks reserves the right to delete any program or data, at any stage, if we feel it violates or promotes practices or organisations that breach our ethical standards or legal obligations.
