+You can, at any time, ask for your registered email to be deleted from Checkpoint Marshal and its database.
+Account deletion can be carried out from the app (setting menu) or by email to info@dualpeaks.co.uk with 'DELETE' in the subject line from the email address you have registered with. If you have participated in an event your data will be retained in the event to preserve database integrity, however your email address in the database will be replace with a generic address and your account deleted. This cannot be undone.

Due to the cost of data storage it may be necessary to delete past events or events that have been dormant for a significant time. For upgraded events a warning email will be sent to event creators prior to deletion.
